Planning and Packing

• Nausea relief (gravol, dimenhyrinate)
• Diarrhea relief (immodium) and re-hydration powder (gastrolyte)

• First Aid kit (bandaids, bandages, sunburn cream, ointment..etc.)
• Repair kit (tape, superglue, safety pins, needle and thread..etc.)

I've packed everything here and it should be adequate to deal with the minor stuff. Plan to bring a First Aid kit for your own needs.
